سياسة الخصوصية Privacy Policy

1. من نحن ونطاق السياسة

تنطبق هذه السياسة على تطبيق «وَسْم | WASEM GPS Camera» على Android وiOS. التطبيق أداة كاميرا ميدانية تضيف الوقت والموقع ومعلومات يحددها المستخدم إلى الصور.

2. الصور والختم والحفظ

تُلتقط الصور وتُعالج ويُنشأ الختم وتُحفظ النتائج محليًا على جهازك. لا نرفع الصور أو نسخها المختومة إلى خادم تابع لنا، ولا نستخدمها للإعلانات أو تدريب نماذج الذكاء الاصطناعي. أنت تتحكم في حذف الصور أو مشاركتها من جهازك.

3. الموقع والعنوان والاتجاه

عند منح الإذن، يستخدم التطبيق موقع الجهاز ودقته وارتفاعه واتجاهه لإظهارها في المعاينة أو الختم. قد يستخدم التطبيق خدمة تحديد العنوان التي يوفرها نظام التشغيل أو مزود الخرائط لتحويل الإحداثيات إلى عنوان؛ وقد تُرسل الإحداثيات إلى ذلك المزود لهذا الغرض وفق سياسة خصوصيته. لا نرسل الموقع إلى خادم تابع لنا.

4. الأذونات

قد يطلب التطبيق إذن الكاميرا لالتقاط الصور، والموقع لإضافة بيانات GPS والعنوان، والصور أو التخزين لحفظ الصور، ومستشعرات الحركة أو البوصلة للاتجاه. يمكنك رفض الأذونات أو سحبها من إعدادات الجهاز، وقد تتوقف الميزة المرتبطة بها فقط.

5. التحليلات والأعطال والأداء

نستخدم خدمات Firebase من Google، بما فيها Analytics وCrashlytics وPerformance Monitoring، لفهم الاستخدام العام وتشخيص الأعطال وقياس الأداء. قد تعالج هذه الخدمات معلومات تقنية مثل إصدار التطبيق ونظام التشغيل وطراز الجهاز ومعرّفات تثبيت Firebase وحالة التطبيق وبيانات الأعطال وأزمنة الاستجابة والأحداث العامة داخل التطبيق.

صممنا أحداثنا المخصصة بحيث لا تتضمن الصور أو الإحداثيات أو العنوان أو النص المخصص أو أسماء الملفات الحساسة.

6. سلامة التطبيق

قد نستخدم Firebase App Check وGoogle Play Integrity للتحقق من أن الطلبات صادرة من نسخة أصلية من التطبيق. قد تعالج Google إشارات سلامة التطبيق والجهاز ومعلومات شهادة التوقيع وفق سياساتها.

7. الشبكة وبيانات الطرف الثالث

قد يعرض الختم نوع الاتصال مثل Wi‑Fi أو شبكة الجوال، ويُعالج ذلك محليًا. تعتمد خدمات Firebase وخدمة تحويل الموقع إلى عنوان على الاتصال بالإنترنت. تخضع بيانات الطرف الثالث لسياسات Google أو Apple ومزود الخدمة المستخدم على جهازك.

8. الاحتفاظ والأمان

تبقى الصور المحفوظة على جهازك حتى تحذفها. تحتفظ Google بالبيانات التقنية وفق إعدادات خدمات Firebase وسياساتها. نستخدم إجراءات معقولة لتقليل البيانات، لكن لا توجد وسيلة نقل أو تخزين إلكتروني آمنة بنسبة 100%.

9. الأطفال

التطبيق غير موجه خصيصًا للأطفال، ولا نجمع عن قصد معلومات شخصية من الأطفال. إذا علمنا بجمع معلومات مخالفة فسنراجعها ونتخذ الإجراء المناسب.

10. حقوقك وخياراتك

يمكنك تعطيل الموقع أو الكاميرا أو سحب الأذونات، وحذف الصور من جهازك، وإلغاء تثبيت التطبيق. ولطلبات الخصوصية استخدم صفحة الدعم الرسمية.

11. التغييرات

قد نحدّث هذه السياسة عند تغيير ميزات التطبيق أو المتطلبات النظامية. سننشر النسخة المحدثة في هذه الصفحة ونعدّل تاريخ السريان.

1. Who we are and scope

This policy applies to WASEM GPS Camera on Android and iOS. WASEM is a field camera that adds time, location, and user-selected information to photos.

2. Photos, stamping, and saving

Photos are captured, processed, stamped, and saved locally on your device. We do not upload original or stamped photos to our servers, use them for advertising, or use them to train artificial-intelligence models. You control deletion and sharing through your device.

3. Location, address, and direction

With permission, the app uses device location, accuracy, altitude, and direction for the preview or stamp. To resolve coordinates into an address, the app may use a geocoding service supplied by the operating system or mapping provider. Coordinates may be sent to that provider for this purpose under its privacy policy. We do not send location to our own server.

4. Permissions

The app may request camera access to capture photos; location access for GPS and address data; photo or storage access to save images; and motion or compass access for direction. You can deny or withdraw permissions in device settings. Only the related feature may become unavailable.

5. Analytics, crashes, and performance

We use Google Firebase services, including Analytics, Crashlytics, and Performance Monitoring, to understand general usage, diagnose failures, and measure performance. These services may process technical information such as app version, operating system, device model, Firebase installation identifiers, app state, crash diagnostics, response timings, and general in-app events.

Our custom telemetry is designed not to include photos, coordinates, addresses, custom stamp text, or sensitive filenames.

6. App integrity

We may use Firebase App Check and Google Play Integrity to verify that requests originate from an authentic copy of the app. Google may process app and device integrity signals and signing-certificate information under its policies.

7. Network and third parties

The stamp can display a connection type such as Wi‑Fi or cellular; this is processed locally. Firebase and address-resolution services require internet access. Third-party processing is governed by Google, Apple, or the service provider used by your device.

8. Retention and security

Saved photos remain on your device until you delete them. Google retains technical service data according to Firebase settings and policies. We use reasonable data-minimization safeguards, but no electronic transmission or storage method is completely secure.

9. Children

The app is not specifically directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn of inappropriate collection, we will review it and take suitable action.

10. Your choices and rights

You can disable location or camera access, withdraw permissions, delete photos from your device, or uninstall the app. For privacy requests, use the official support page.

11. Changes

We may update this policy when app features or legal requirements change. The revised policy will be posted here with an updated effective date.
